Pip is a private beta. When you go live, your microphone audio is streamed to OpenAI so the Presentation Director can generate slides and a transcript. We do not upload local recordings to our servers.

We store your email, invite status, session ownership, and how many live minutes you have used so we can cap cost. Audience links do not require an account.

We use PostHog to understand product usage and conversion. It receives page views, account identity, and product milestones such as starting a presentation or joining the Pro waitlist. PostHog autocapture and session recording are disabled. We do not send presentation themes, transcripts, microphone audio, or local recordings to PostHog.

You can ask us to delete your account by emailing the operator who invited you.
